Rashid Khan Ruled Out of The Hundred Due to Injury

Afghanistan’s star all-rounder Rashid Khan has been forced to withdraw from the remainder of The Hundred tournament due to a hamstring injury.

The injury occurred during Trent Rockets’ match against Southern Brave on August 10, while fielding in the final over. The setback is a significant blow to the Rockets, who are currently fighting for a place in the knockout stages.

Chris Green has been called up as Rashid’s replacement. Despite the injury, Rashid is hopeful of recovering in time for the upcoming Test match against New Zealand, scheduled for September.

This is the latest in a series of injuries for the talented cricketer, who has faced several setbacks in recent times.
